There we have problems with UCCX Servers, Cisco Call Manager.
The task is to solve this problems we have faced:
* Cisco Historical reports issue: Cisco Mail Agent is receiving emails but not traced in historical reports. (IMAP server - dovecot)
* Cisco Supervisor: In supervisor the barge in button is not working. When supervisor clicks barge-in button, the call between agent and client are thrown up.
