I am starting a new Michigan based S-Corp and I am looking to hire most of the employees as contracted, similar to what Disney does @ their park with 9 month (varied) contracts. There are any number of reasons for wanting to do this. However my biggest benefit is the ease to get rid of bad employees/contractors without the messy divorce if they do not perform, attendance issues, etc.. We simply do not renew their contract, goodbye, We understand that this will eliminate some potential hires, but it is a trade off we are willing to make in this job market and lack of work ethic. On the positive side for good employees, it allows them to get bonuses @ the end of their contracts and/or negotiate for higher pay/benefits. Capitalism is a merit based construct, and we want to keep it that way. Rewarding those whom deliver, and easily phasing out those who do not. We will contract an HR executive for monthly performance reviews to be used toward their contract to make it as corporate America airtight as we can to prevent legal blow back. Having been through a number of legal processes previously over my 25 years in business. I would presume there is a template that we use as a baseline and modify it as needed. With that said, I am ideally looking for a fixed budget/timeline as what I need is pretty straight forward.

You'll need to be familiar with Wyoming Series LLC and provide the REQUIRED ARTICLE: LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITIES article. The contract will be paid after the company is created and the organizer resigns. I have a template for the organizer registration, see attachment.
