This role is to:
1) Respond to/redirect customer enquiries within 24 hours.
2) Take bookings via the phone or by email.
3) Assist exhibitors (our customers) to book by responding in an outstanding way with information.
4) To rebook and upsell products.
5) To refer relevant accounts to account managers
7) Feedback to the relevant people any relevant information.
8) Take part in phone/go2 meets
