I require a full time TECHNICAL Customer Support Agent.
You will use a support desk ticket system and answer customer questions related to a software program, as well as provide their access details to membership areas by looking up their information in our membership system. Online chat with customers will also be required.
You must also do screen sharing at times with the customer and provide support for the software in this manner as well.
