Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst who specializes in GA4 and marketing analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data retrieval and analysis, using programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and will have experience working with databases. The ability to transform complex data into compelling stories that clients can easily understand is crucial. This role requires a keen understanding of key marketing KPIs and the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze marketing data from GA4 and various other data systems to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that clearly display the results of your analyses.
• Work closely with marketing teams to understand their goals and define the relevant KPIs for tracking and success measurement.
• Utilize SQL, Python, or R to manipulate data, perform queries, and create complex data models.
• Engage in database management tasks to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
• Deliver presentations and stories that effectively communicate the analytical findings and business impacts to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision in deliverables.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients on project status, findings, and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, particularly with extensive use of GA4 for marketing analysis.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language like SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience working with relational databases and an understanding of data structure fundamentals.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a proven track record of turning data into insightful and understandable visual presentations and reports.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with additional BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
