If customer complete the survey and we are getting the answers we need- system has to transfer call to the agent where agent has ability to fill out the form. We are thinking to use iSurveyX with iDialerX. If you have any other alternative solutions you are welcome to implement it.

In our local network we have a SIP server (Asterisk PBX) which is available at a given IP (192.168.?.?). It is not a hosted PBX, only accessible within the network. I need a Softphone that works on Chrome OS. Very simple - just dial a number and make the call. Technology that might be useful is Sipml5, WebRTC. The only client I found is gUnifiy but this one works only with hosted PBX. We are running Asterisk with Elastix.
