We are looking for a team of agents that will provide around the clock billing support to new subscribers of our Identity Theft protection and Credit Monitoring services.
Agents must have extensive experience in handling customer billing issues and must be able to handle and complete cancellations of subscription services provided by us.
Agents must be able to receive inbound calls as well as emails
Agents will use the following platforms:
Stripe (Training Provided)
Intercom CRM ( Training Provided)
