I have found out that the complaint needs to be professionally done with laws and cases or the State Bar does not even bother to investigate.  It is apparently really hard to get an attorney in trouble in Texas. 2nd Attorney:Represented both the Executor and Beneficiary, lied to another attorney regarding his part in stealing gold coins from the estate.    Refused to refund the retainer when he emailed me he would return it. Will pay $250 for each grievance.  Thank you
