The corrected entry must contain date and reason for correction, and name of person making correction.. I want ot be able to do queries by fields; date, manufacture, purchaser.

I am wrangling my late father's artwork, and I need help to reassociate photos with a records in an existing database created in FileMaker 12. (PLEASE NOTE: I have an old computer that still runs FileMaker 12, and it's cost prohibitive for me to upgrade at this time. Whatever work is completed needs to be compatible with this version of the program!) The file names are correct in each record, but the location has changed from the backend of a website to Dropbox and the image links have dropped out (see attached example). I hope this is a fairly straightforward batched task - there are a lot of records (over 1,000), and while I'm friendly and easy to work with, my budget is tight. Thanks!
