We need someone to configure the vTiger-Asterisk API to integrate both the systems. We are using vTiger v6.2 and Freepbx.
Under organizations/contacts of vtiger, the call history and call recordings should appear. However this should only show as per user access level.
For dial out, once the number is clicked, the hard-phone (cisco) should ring of the user and call should be connected.
