We are looking for someone that can assist in an advisory capacity as well as help sort out technical issues.
Debugging features that are mis-configured
Debugging call quality issues
Enhancing the ARI
Debugging call appearance type issues with various phone vendors, primarily Polycom and Grandstream
This will be an ongoing project, but hours will vary radically, generally under 5 per week.
We would be a nice customer to add to someone that is already established.
