The Product Analyst will be expected to utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify key insights, patterns, and correlations within large datasets. They will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs, monitor product performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders. The role will also involve identifying opportunities for product optimization, feature enhancements, and new product development based on data-driven recommendations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on product analytics and data-driven decision-making. They will also have proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python/R, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and analyze complex datasets. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, trends, and recommendations for product improvements is a must-have. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and product analytics platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are also necessary to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment. They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in data analytics or product management are a plus.
