-Counting calories and macronutrients
-Benefits of high intensity interval jump rope training
-Approved food list for fat loss
-My fat loss rules and guidelines
I am using these infographics to give to clients of my online coaching program and 12 week digital program.
I attached one example of already existing infographics that I am trying to replicate with my own information.
