BEFORE WE BEGIN: Don't message me. Set a meeting below. I don't need a cover letter. This doesn't require experience. You will need a life and health license with an active NPN, and a US physical address. THE JOB: This is for those who are in sales and who want to make a base salary with good commission options. We do offer and prefer leaders who need help with marketing, training, and compliance, who are eager to hire their own agents. But if you're not a leader and you don't want to hire and you are just looking for a job then I can help you with that as well. We always are looking for those ride or die commissions only monsters. If you don't sell, you don't eat. They're rare. $306 commissions for 30 minutes of work for 1099 agents plus renewals, bonuses, and write offs. (Just a sample) Let's get back to these W2 details. This job is seasonal, and or temporary starting off as a part time thing. That means 5.5 hours a day, no lunch. You're contract ends every year. If you're good then I'll give you more hours. W2 agents: temp, contract, part time, remote 1099 agents: perm, full time, flexible, remote I am paying $10-$12 an hour. That means people in CA, I apologize, but we are not looking for you. The commission structure is as follows per month and will be paid the following month (only applies if they went active): Under 25 Apps: $10/per 25-40 Apps: $25/per 40-80 Apps: $30/per Above 80 Apps: $35/per Can see a nice chunk of change with this structure. There's one catch. You have a quota and you will be grouped into teams for competition purposes. 1/5 people out of teams of 5 will be asked to return next season. That means 4 of you will not be invited back, nothing personal. It has to do with numbers. You need to write 5 policies a week, that's the quota. For some that's nothing, good, perfect, show me. For others, well, maybe this isn't for you. After training, you're on the phones. You have a 2 week grace period to start hitting your quota. That means if you do not hit the quota the 3 third week, you have to write 10 policies by the next week. If you do not, you're on probation. That's 1 month of guaranteed work . Meaning if you had a bad week. You have one other week to make the numbers up, or you're on probation. What is probation: NO COMISSIOINS, just your base salary. No body wants that. If you can show 2 weeks straight that you hit your quota, you're back on. That simple. We pay for training. Minimum wage (depending on your state NO CA or NY) Training takes about 2-4 weeks. It's all on you. If you're seasoned then it may take less and we'll see soon enough how seasoned you are. We provide everything, from states, to appointments, to technology, tools, software, leads, everything. We are a small company. Tiny. I like it that way. It's personable. Quality over quantity, I say. We are not trying to compete with those big agencies. We can't. But what we offer is the hands on training, and personal hand-holding that is important for an agent to begin their career as a Medicare Agent. Trust me guys, this business is good and you can make a lot of money in it, once you learn from me. You may think you're good. But you're not better than me. I promise you that. I have the record for as long as I can remember, for most sales per day, per week, and per month than anyone. I wrote a book on the subject. You will learn how to be a beast if you are open to learn. If not.. cool.. do you.. I don't mind. Saves me time. But if you want it. Use me as a resource. I'm always here for that.
