Our company, located in Oviedo, specializes in training police, fire, and EMS personnel in Active Shooter Incident Management and other major incident response techniques. We heavily rely on technology and simulations in our training programs. We're seeking a full-stack web developer proficient in PHP to assist with an ongoing project as soon as possible. We require expertise in PHP and web development in general, Laravel and experience with payment platforms or e-commerce are a plus.

1. Project Description: This project involves the complete replacement of an existing office network with new Unifi networking equipment provided by us. The scope includes the installation of a Unifi Dream Machine Pro (UDM Pro) router, a Unifi 48-port switch, and various Unifi Access Points (APs). 2. Objectives: To replace the existing network equipment with the specified Unifi devices. To ensure full operational functionality post-installation with no disruptions to the existing network services. To optimize the network setup for performance and reliability. 3. Scope of Work: The network technician will be responsible for the following tasks: Pre-Installation Assessment: Conduct a thorough review of the current network setup and prepare the environment for the installation of new equipment. Equipment Setup: Install the Unifi Dream Machine Pro (UDM Pro) as the primary router. Replace the existing switch with the Unifi 48-port switch. Deploy Unifi Access Points as needed throughout the office. Configuration: Configure the router and switch to handle expected traffic and ensure compatibility with existing network protocols and services. Testing and Validation: Test the connectivity on all ports of the switch and ensure all network paths are operational. Validate Wi-Fi coverage and performance using the newly installed APs.
