We're an IT Recruiting & Staffing firm in Texas, and we want to hire a virtual IT Recruiter or team who will join our team, and has a proven history to do;
1) Extensive Recruiting & Staffing experience is critical – full cycle recruiting (sourcing to candidate interviewing)
2) Has access to Online Job Boards - CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, StackExchange, other & social sites - Facebook, Google+, Twitter, other.
3) Know how to interview and choose the best candidates and present (prep, resume reviews, coordinate appointments, etc).
4)Strong communications with us, our candidates, and our clients (VOIP), be aggressive and organized!
This is an ongoing opportunity, for the right person. We are looking for someone to grow with us, initially doing the work, and later to help us grow more VA's. If interested, please;
