As the Digital & Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting on key metrics from various digital channels, analyzing data from digital programs, and providing insights to the team and clients.

What You’ll be doing:
Support internal teams as the primary generator of month-over-month campaign reports
Collect data across all digital channels
Analyze data as it relates to brand goals
Identify key trends and insights
Weekly monitoring of data across various social media platforms
Identify marketing insights on what is trending
Monthly monitoring of digital marketing campaigns including paid advertising, web, and social media
Recognize and identify areas of weakness or poor performance, as well as highlight the strength of campaigns
Provide strategic insight for optimization in an effort to increase reach, engagement, ROI, and meet our various campaign goals
Perform research using consumer demographics, techno graphics, and audience insights
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a quantitative field
2+ years experience in a digital marketing analyst role or related role
Comfortable with hands-on involvement with data retrieval, manipulation, analysis and insight generation
Experience with two or more analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Radian6, Simply Measured etc.)
Excellent verbal, written, communication as well as presentation skills
Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables; Shortcut keys; Functions)
Detail-oriented and organized, ability to complete projects within scope and on deadline
Work alongside and learn from an experienced team of marketers, content creators, graphic designers, analysts, and market researchers
Work for top-tier clients in the tech, entertainment, and lifestyle space
