Also, other themes that I try to use do not stay loaded at startup despite modifying the init.el after M-x customize-themes. Need someone to troubleshoot the issue via Skype or team viewer.

I need a LISP routine to import points from a .csv file into my drawings (.dwg). I can download several free scripts which do what I'm needing but they all employ "visual Lisp" and my Drafting Program "Draftsight" doesn't recognize some of the calls. I can provide code to use as a template if needed and one must simply replace the VLISP Calls with standard lisp code.
