I run a network of ecommerce websites specializing in cabinet hardware products, including http://www.knobs.co. I'm looking for a full time customer service agent to handle phones, chats, and email support. The websites are US based and we pride ourselves on having outstanding customer service. I'd ideally like an American or Canadian service representative, but would also consider applicants from the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
Background with cabinet hardware is a plus ...
