i run a specialized hosting service. I was using a third party to handle my live chat from by site. The company moved from Canadian to Indian agents and I had the fire them.
My average chat is two minutes and in the past two weeks, I've only had to push to a support twice in the past three weeks. The Indians where pushing 99 % of the inquiries.
Thinking this will be 'pay per chat'
