We are looking for a dedicated online customer service agent,
who will respond to customer inquiries twice per day (once in morning, once in evening), 7 days per week (about 1-2 hours per day max of work) for our home improvement ecommerce business.

Customers send in their inquiries, and you will use Zendesk to respond to them.
