I have a set of time-dependent, discrete functions. I am interested in finding a predictor such that the predictor is closest, but always bigger, than the sum of the functions.
I would like that predictor to be written in Python **only** , and leverage only publicly-available libraries (mlpy, scipy,scikit etc.)
