I have a number of admin type jobs that are taking me a lot of time but I also have jobs that only I can do/prepare, I need wide ranging admin support to become more efficient :-)
Must use English spelling and ideally based in western Europe, if close to the South of France it could be useful, but also based in England is a definite benefit.
The activities may include (but not limited to);
- receiving & answering emails
- Communicating via Skype (voice & instant message)
- Updating website content management (Joomla 2.5 you can be trained if necessary)
- answering redirected calls from my telephone numbers
- Sending out pre-prepared documentation (PDF, Powerpoint etc.) by email
- Creating/updating documents in Microsoft office (all programs)
- Issuing instructions to contractors
- passing on messages to staff and executives
- basically being an interface between me and the world ;-)
