Seeking applicants that have 5-10 hours a week to support desktop/server troubleshooting. Must have extensive experience in windows server (sbs 2003 thru sbs 2011). Ability to configure site to site routers for VPN and detailed knowledge of exchange and troubleshooting email issues.
Desktop support is for general support of various windows operating systems in a business environment with outlook / exchange functionality.
