DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the overall well-being of client's technical infrastructure.
• Improve the operation level of client systems and processes through project scoping and delivery.
• Perform proactive maintenance and system enhancements on client systems.
• Obtain client approval for projects.
• Record billable hours
• Provide both remote and on-site support to clients.
• May be required to go on-site with little or no notice during standard work hours.
