We have an issue with a tenants 365 where emails are bouncing back when being sent internally. They do not get a bounce back though when sending via the OWA. They recently migrated from a exchange 2010 setup. All mailboxes were migrated by export and importing the PSTs. We have done all the usual things suggested such as delete the email cache and contact etc. We require an someone familiar with Office 365 to problem solve and fix this issue ...
