POSITION SUMMARY: The Copywriter is part of the Creative team within Erickson Senior Living’s Sales, Marketing, and Communications Department. This position is responsible for writing copy for a wide variety of marketing and advertising materials, including print, web, direct mail, brochures, TV, video, and social media, in addition to leading special projects and initiatives and assisting the Copy Manager as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Write copy that is clear, compelling, and meets objectives across a broad range of media.. * Work closely with the Strategy team and Creative team to deliver copy that is consistent with established brand standards and messaging. * Proactively collaborate with Copy Manager and Graphic Design team to ensure written work is appropriate for the target audience and the medium. * Manage a high volume of writing tasks and adhere to deadlines. * Lead presentations of creative work during creative review meetings and other meetings/presentations. * Proof, edit, and revise copy as needed. Responsibilities include checking grammar, spelling, and accuracy.
