Perform various bank reconciliation work through our property management/accounting software , Buildium.
Reconciling and document sorting.
Some other tasks that will be requested as well:
Call to verify references for contractors/vendors
Call local area properties to gather property information and rents (comps)
Update our Craigslist ...
