We have an e-commerce website running on Prestashop. Prestashop bases sales tax calculations on a customer's delivery address by default, which works fine in most cases. However, when a customer wishes to pick their order up from our warehouse, sales tax needs to be calculated based on the store's location. I have not been able to find a module to do this. This sales tax calculation must happen during checkout so the customer sees the correct amount of tax prior to submitting the order. When a customer selects "Customer Pickup" as their shipping option, we basically need either 1) the delivery address to change to the store's for that particular order or 2) the sales tax rate to be based on the store's zip code instead of the customer's.

Requirements: ● 5+ years working with PHP/Apache ● 5+ years working with relational databases, must be proficient in SQL ● 5+ years web development experience, HTML/CSS/Javascript ● 5+ years working with Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) ● Must have 2-3 years experience development in an Prestashop eCommerce framework ● Experience with shell commands ● Experience with optimization/analytics, SEO, SEM ● Familiarity with best practices in coding/web design Proficient in PHP: Strong experience in PHP development, including object-oriented programming, and familiarity with PHP frameworks. PrestaShop Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PrestaShop development, customization, and module integration. Proven experience with PrestaShop projects is essential. Web Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX to create dynamic and interactive web applications. Database Skills: Experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL) and the ability to write optimized SQL queries. E-commerce Understanding: Familiarity with e-commerce concepts, online shopping, payment gateways, and order processing. Portfolio: A portfolio of previous PrestaShop projects and PHP development work will be advantageous.
