Property inspections consist of comprehensive photographs primarily and simple descriptive notes, if applicable. All photos can be taken with a camera phone and uploaded via a cloud portal. Notes can be scanned or photographed and uploaded via cloud portal. Our work requests are pretty straight forward and require inspections to be completed within a timely matter from assignment. Compensation will be on an hourly basis while on-site at a location, up to $100/hour, based on experience.
