Hello, I am seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to initially set up the shipping of my new product, a magnetic Olympic barbell collar, from our manufacturer in Shandong, China, to Amazon FBA warehouses in the United States. I need someone to set up this process for me in an efficient and straight forward manner so that I can handle the future shipping of my product myself, or even automate it. This role requires someone with proven experience in freight forwarding and a strong understanding of the requirements for Amazon FBA shipments. Product Details: The product is a magnetic Olympic barbell collar packaged individually in boxes. Each box is labeled with an FNSKU and the dimensions of each box are 6in x 6in. The total shipment will consist of approximately 500 units. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with our manufacturer in China to ensure products are ready for shipment. Arrange for pickup and shipping of products from Shandong, China to the designated Amazon FBA warehouse. Manage all aspects of freight forwarding, including booking, documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.), and customs clearance. Ensure compliance with all Amazon FBA delivery requirements, including appointment scheduling with Amazon’s fulfillment centers. Communicate regularly with me on the status of the shipment and any issues that may arise. Requirements: Strong experience in logistics and freight forwarding, especially with shipments from China to the U.S. Familiarity with Amazon FBA’s operational requirements and procedures.
