These need to be put together using pre-written content (which we will provide). Examples: 4. Editorial calender management: this is simply a case of indicating on three spreadsheets (audio, video, master) whether elements of the audio visual production and blogs have been completed. E.G. is the podcast image complete and added to the blog? 5. Emails: we send out email notifications once a week to podcast guests (four in total) - we have templates for each email, so all that is required is for you to input who the email is being sent to, their name, and in two cases, the URL of their interview. 6. Facebook notifications: sometimes a podcast guest mentions a person who is related to what we are all about, so we would like you to leave a shout-out on their Facebook page.
