My website is based on bootstrap 3.2.0, the smarty based client portal uses bootstrap 2.3.1. Initially, I need the client portal navigation to match my website. I'm sure there is a little more involved than just adding a navbar, but I don't know the full scope of the project. I don't need a lot in the beginning, but when I find a good developer, there will be more work in the future.

Our ecommerce site is running on Prestashop 1.5.4.1. Our company is located & currently only provides sales in Turkey. Our problem is that the tax calculated in the cart is incorrect. We think that there are calculation bugs. Turkey's Tax Structure & Calculation: - Where we have 3 different VAT (value added tax) rates: 18%, 8%, 1%. The cart may include products with different VATs. - According to Turkish legislation all products prices must be displayed as VAT included at the frontend. i.e. Product Price without VAT is 100,00TL where the product has a 8% VAT. On our web site the price we have to display is: 108,00TL - When we come to the calculation method, everything is done prior to tax calculation; i.e. Discounts. Sample calculation with discount: (please see attached document) This is what prestashop cart calculates: (please see attached document) Bug in Prestashop For the same scenario above the prestashop cart calculates a total price of 87,20TL and a VAT of 9,86TL instead of 87,22TL and 9,88TL. This 2 cents difference increases a lot when we include a bankwire discount ...
