Our company, Physical Therapy Owners Club (https://ptoclub.com/) is putting on its first in-person event and is looking to use an event planner to help us make it fun, valuable, and successful, such that we and the attendees want to make this an annual event. We have a long-running podcast, a group of 20 PT owners whom we coach, a FB Group of ~800, and a couple thousand in our email list. A successful event for us would be 50 people in attendance. We need all the help - site (we're looking at Destin, FL, Sept 20-21, 2024), marketing, optimal attendee experience, sponsorship procurement, registration/landing page creation, payment solution, etc. We have an idea for a budget but, having not done this before, we don't know if it's in line with industry standards. Ideally we will make it a profitable venture with the involvement of sponsors. The ideal event planner will be focused on the attendees' experience as the measure of success, along with the goals mentioned above. They will also be aligned with our values: Grit: do what it takes to get it done. Exhibit passion and perseverance. People First: always have consideration for others Professionalism: be the best at what we do. Hold the highest standards in communication and action. Gratitude: active appreciation Growth: always looking to improve, grow, and expand Our purpose is to serve leaders in the PT industry so they realize all the opportunities and possibilites before them. We believe this conference aligns with our purpose and values. If this speaks to you, would you like to work with us? Nathan

Two home networks that I frequent have been compromised through a PayPal phishing attack over one year ago. They have hacked many devices and are doing ARP spoofing and DDOS attacks (I was able to see this via Wireshark). I also constantly get notifications that someone is trying to log into my email and social media accounts while I am nowhere near a computer. I'd like for someone to help me identify the root cause of what is going on and help me secure the two properties (along with my devices) as much as possible. Thanks so much.

We would like to redesign our backyard (landscaping). Current dimensions of ~40ft x 60ft. It is surrounded by a fence, with landscape beds and several large pine trees around the perimeter, a large patio, some garden beds, and a large grass area. (See attached photo). Our primary goals are to make the backyard feel more private and enhance the aesthetics. We are thinking about removing some of the grass. expanding the landscaping beds, adding more trees or tall shrubs (to the perimeter and/or alongside the edges of the patio, adding some DG+stone paths, and probably a fire pit as well. We are open to adding some small walls or other stone features on the patio. (See attached photo) I will do all of the masonry and landscaping work myself. We are interested in someone that can design the backyard. You can incorporate my ideas or make your own recommendations. We live in Central Oregon, which is a high-desert climate. and it's important that the designer takes this into account when selecting plants. You are welcome to submit a bid for the entire project (and make clear what this includes) or you can bill us at an hourly rate, and give us an estimate of the total time involved. Thanks!
