You must be excellent at organizing and creating and implementing ways to get regular tasks done.
As my assistant, the main three things you will do are:
1. Keep me organizing and help create systems (ways to get things done) on a regular basis.
2. Coordinate and manage contractor hours, tasks and deadlines.
3. Coordinate regular projects and stay on task and on deadline.
