Looking for someone to research and put together a "How To" guide on the uses and applications of sports compression wear, patella bands, Golf/Tennis Elbow braces/bands. Ideally this would cover the basic ailments encountered with knee and elbow pain, Tendonitis, Epicondylitis, etc.
Guide would include how compression helps with recovery, how bands help with various injuries and conditions, how they help prevent injury, any benefits of use. Also in scope would be additional recovery home treatments: Ice, Heat ...
