We are looking for customer service reps with travel agency experience and GDS experience (apollo, worldspan, sabre, amadeus) ONLY.
We're looking for English-speaking phone support representatives who can also provide customer service via email and live chat.
Must be able to modify, cancel, transfer bookings between consolidators, and provide excellent customer service while communicating travel and contractual information to the customer.
