Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Planner to join our team on a short-term contract basis to coordinate an upcoming seminar tour. As the Seminar Tour Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing, and executing a series of seminars across multiple locations. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive event plan for the seminar tour, including managing a budget, scheduling, and logistics. • Coordinate with venue owners, vendors, and suppliers to secure necessary resources for each seminar. • Manage registration processes, including online registration platforms and attendee communication. Requirements: • Proven experience as an event planner or coordinator, with specific experience in planning seminars or similar events. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite. • Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
