    I am running Vicidial behind a pfsense firewall. currently my phones are set to external lines. i want to change them to sip. When i change the phone to sip it does not work properly. I am assuming the problem is with the firewall configuration or with the vicidial configuration. i currently have 1 to 1 nat on firewall.

I am interested in developing API calls sent to Twilio (sms) and MailChimp (email) after certain agent and system dispositions are set.     we have a goautodial setup - latest version. we have managed to setup carrier, campaign, lists, users and import leads. we can login with agents and make calls, dispositions, etc. what we cannot do and need help with is the following: -as soon as we configure custom fields, the leads do not make it to the hopper. it actually seems like a bug in goautodial. but, i'm happy to be proven wrong. -help configuring custom dispositions (we can probably handle ...
