We are implementing GoautoDial for our outbound call center. Our requirements are very basic for telemarketing. Features we need :
1) Ability to load campaign leads with customer info
2) Call recording for all calls
I have installed the Goautodial and configure users and extension. Installed X-lite4 desktop SIP phone software. I am facing the following problems :
