I need a Grandstream pbx installed to be interfaced with a Fosse PMS Server at a hotel. All lines and extensions are existing just need to remove the mitel pbx and replace it with the new Grandstream voip UCM6304A.

I just recently ported over my business number to Dialpad. I am unable to get a hold of technical support and I need someone who can help ensure that my calls are being forwarded properly and that myself and my employee can properly use the system. We would love to have someone walk us through how Dialpad works and be available over the next week or so to answer any additional questions we might have in getting things set up.

We are currently having issues sending a FAX, we have no issues receiving a FAX. Our Fax (Cannon iR-ADV 4051) is directly connected to port FXS 0/0/0 in our Cisco UC560. Our ISP informed us that the issue is because the call is trying to go out as the 4 digit extension number. I need assistance troubleshooting the issue and making the necessary configuration changes to make it work. Thanks!
