- Provides first line support for corporate accounts on desktop, server, printer, network, mobile devices.
- Knowledgeable in: Windows, Microsoft applications, Citrix, VPN, VMWare, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange,
- Experienced with service desk environment for at least one year.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Shifting schedule, with Saturday and/or Sunday, full - time, 5 days a week, 9 - 12 hours a day.
