We are seeking a skilled and experienced support technician to join our team and provide technical support to our clients. This is a part time role (10-20 htrs/week). As a support technician, you will be responsible for providing phone or email support with a 30 minute response SLA. Assisting clients with various technical issues related to Windows Datacenter, RDS (Remote Desktop Services), and other related issues. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in Windows Datacenter to showcase their abilities.
The main responsibilities include:
- Be available between 8am EST and 5pm PST
- Troubleshooting and resolving client issues
- Assisting clients with Windows Datacenter, RDS questions
- Providing guidance and support to clients via email, chat, or phone
- Documenting and maintaining technical knowledge base
Skills required:
- Working knowledge of Windows Datacenter
- Experience with RDS and HyperV
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
