We are looking for a friendly, outgoing customer service rep to answer support tickets, provide direction for our customers and to send bug reports and technical questions up to the programmer.
Job requirements are as followed:
- Technically proficient with computers
- Have an understanding of what operating systems are, the various types (Mac, Window), mobile OS's (Andriod, iOS, Windows), installing software, uninstalling, opening file types, and more.
- Trainable and willing to learn
