Locally owned auto group with Toyota, Ford, Hyundai and Scion, located in Northern Nevada, is looking to expand our Commercial & Fleet Sales Department with a virtual/remote outbound B2B call center to dominate the entire northern half of the state of Nevada.
We are seeking appointment setters, cold callers, telemarketers, and telephone sales professionals who are highly motivated, organized, and focused on achieving large sales numbers. This is a remote position as a virtual employee with 100% telecommuting and can be worked from anywhere in the world with a reliable high speed internet connection. You will be generating leads and setting appointments for our Fleet Sales Department to sell vehicles. This is not a vehicle sales position. You aren’t selling vehicles over the phone. You don’t need to know anything about our vehicles or their prices or specifications. We handle the vehicle sales. You are just selling the appointments. Find the prospects, call them, leave voicemails, get callbacks, speak with them, and set an appointment for us to sell the car.
The majority of prospects are small to medium sized businesses. Nevada is a large state and most of it is rural cities that do not have new car dealerships. Currently these people must drive up to 8 hours, one-way, to Reno or Las Vegas or Salt Lake City to buy a new vehicle. We want to “reach out” to these people and bring their business to us. There is a huge untapped market of low-hanging fruit just waiting to be contacted.
Fleet and Commercial Vehicles could be defined as any vehicle used 51% of the time or more for company use. Most people hear "Commercial" or "Fleet" and think large trucks or box vans, which is not always the case. We have seen a large increase in companies buying passenger cars for salespeople, managers, field supervisors and even company officers. Large and small pickups, passenger cars, SUVs and Cargo Vans can all be used by a company to help expand business and increase production. By purchasing or leasing these vehicles through the company there can be tremendous tax benefits available to the business. Even entrepreneurs and solopreneurs use “Fleet” vehicles for increased advertising and tax savings.
This is a highly self motivated sales position. You will be responsible for your own lead generation. You choose who you want to call. A minimum of 50 new contacts made/voicemails left per day is expected, in addition to handling your callbacks and repeated follow-ups. A daily log of all businesses and prospects spoken to, will be required; along with a daily spreadsheet accounting of your calling metrics. Virtual attendance to a weekly team meeting is also required. A web-based CRM (Insightly) and work Gmail account will be provided to maintain customer relations and follow up.
