New Start up company requires an experienced manager to over see operations in their local area.
The role will suit someone comfortable meeting deadlines possessing an eye for quality and a keen attention to detail individual.
English must be a first language - as all clientele are based in the USA, Australia, UK, Canada or South Africa.
Initially, the newly appointed manager will put together a small team that is capable of graphic design, web design, apps programming and design, advance e-commerce and database management, hosting management, SEO and SEM campaigns. A good understanding of marketing, operational management and people skills is a must have.
Furthermore, this person must be driven to success and be prepared to communicate well to all stakeholders - including client queries, contractors and the business owner.
The initial task is to be able to put together a small team of 2 staff:
1 x SEO / webdesign / Graphic designer
1 x Apps (for mobile devices) design / programmer
The position will be contract based at first (pay depending on incoming contracts) - although, once the client base is built to 50-100 ongoing hosted clients (producing regular revenue) then the next stage of the business will be to present the proven and successful manager with a full-time contract (anticipated to be between $20k-$30k a year - depending on company progress).
Progress will be largely down to quality of end product, communication and speed of turn around. Consistency is key to ongoing business relations.
