I need a piece of software that can construct a 3d model from flat planes that will be cropped out from a webcam using an algorithm that we are designing. The textured plane will be added to an 3d object and it will be exported in a way in which it can be used in games or applications. The plane will need to be rotated according to markers around a center origin. It needs to be precise as possible. Knowledge of OpenGL and OpenCV is a huge plus!
