Job Description

Your PRIMARY responsibilities (ESSENTIAL):
#########################################################
- 90% of tasks will be related to Internet Marketing (IM) (only apply if you are familiar with IM)
- Internet Marketing related research e.g. summarising posts from Warrior Forum/Black Hat World about the best WordPress Theme or best plugin, or best ABC
- Sourcing the best contractors for specific Internet Marketing tasks e.g. SEO, Website Design, Logo Design etc from Elance, Fiverr, BHW, WF, Wicked Fire etc
- Must be accessible, online and perform work on a DAILY basis

Secondary responsibilities:

- Data analysis/entry primarily into Excel, Word, PDFs
- Contacting People, e.g. Contacting Merchants for affiliate relationships via email
- General research using the Internet or other information databases e.g. which credit card in Australia has the best rewards program?
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online

VA Obligations:

- Provide a SIGNED NDA
- Paraphrase back to me my instructions to further demonstrate your understanding of the task(s)
- Refer to my instructions/specifications throughout your work process to ensure your output (at a bare minimum) meets my specifications
- Not be afraid to ask questions for clarification
- Understand how your time zone relates to my Australian time zone, Sydney (GMT+10 but currently GMT+11 with daylight savings)
- Work with Elance's Work View feature

- Member of WF, BHW and/or Fiverr
- Good knowledge of Internet/Affiliate Marketing

Your MINIMUM qualifications/Abilities/Skills/Attributes:
#########################################################

- Excellent attention to detail (Essential) e.g. if I say 400 words maximum it must be adhered to
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects (Essential) e.g. do one task while another is loading
- Excellent ability to understand/interpret & follow English written instructions (Essential) [will be tested in Skype interview]
- Verifiable touch typing speed greater than 40 wpm with almost zero mistakes (Essential)
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant
- Great MS Word, Excel & PDF creation skills
- Broadband Internet connection (of satisfactory stability)
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to meet deadlines (defined in my time zone)
- Strong communication skills
- Satisfactory English Speaking Skills [will be tested in Skype interview]
- Excellent English Writing Ability e.g. no frequent grammatical or spelling mistakes in our correspondence [will be tested in Skype interview]
- HONEST
- A complete Elance/oDesk profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance
- Ability to voice your own ideas, show initiative (Not Essential) e.g. meet my minimum specifications of a job and add more things that you think I may benefit from

I will only be considering bids under $6 / hour, thank you.

The hours and contract length will start low and then increase as our mutual trust is built.
If I find that our working relationship is excellent, then I will increase the hours to around 10 hours per week. This is because I will be more confident in the contractor's abilities and some trust will have been gained. After a month or two AND you become an asset to me I will increase your hours to >20 hours/week.

The work arrangement is set at 1-2 weeks, but upon your excellent performance I will continually extend the contract period.

I will only consider proposals that show some sort of evidence that you have specifically read my job description, otherwise I will decline your offer with the reason: "did not address my project requirements". I do not want to read a 100% copy and paste proposal.
