This position enhances Company’s effectiveness by providing secretarial and office service support along with assisting with marketing opportunities and producing responses to Proposals and Requests for Qualifications.
•Types all correspondence, reports and specifications with accuracy. Write Proofread and revise press releases business plans and proposal.
•Makes travel reservations and accommodations for principals of the firm.
•Coordinates meetings, and other secretarial duties as assigned.
•Routinely communicates with all employees, clients, government agencies and contractors.
•Maintain directory of company contacts.
•Assist in organizing, writing, and producing materials for proposals and qualifications. Collaborate
•with appropriate internal resources to develop comprehensive presentation materials tailored to the particular prospect or client.
•Assist in developing our company’s marketing strategies with senior management by gathering information about prospects and participating in proposal strategy.
•Research leads, organize marketing projects, perform market analysis, and prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
•Maintain database to reflect new files, create new work orders, update client data, input client contacts, update active and master job lists, input marketing data, close/reopen jobs.
•Assists with Graphic work including editing drawings, creating sample photos, etc.
•Research and book CEO for Speaking engagements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, illustrator and Power Point.
Highly organized, detail and quality oriented and is able to manage and execute multiple projects to meet deadlines. Experience in technical writing, editing, and proofreading, good graphics and layout talent. Ability to present new ideas effectively and provide excellent customer service. Polished and professional customer contact skills
