- Front line support via support desk, live chat and telephones.
- Troubleshooting and providing support to a variety of customer issues.
- Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
You will spend you day performing the following activities;
- Dealing with clients
- Answering emails
- Writing to customers
- Speaking on the phone
- Processing orders
- Managing Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm EST
Not required, but preference will be given to those with:
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Experience with ZenDesk.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Previous people management experience.
- Knowledge of internet marketing and it's services; web design, seo, social media etc.
